…before you can be thankful for them

I can’t believe it’s the end of the year already!  Last night was our last spin class of 2013 and we killed it as if it were our last.  Today is a day to reflect on all the things you appreciate about life, the things you can improve on, and the things you can live without.  2013 was a great year for me and I’ll always cherish the memories… ready to take on 2014!

To a New Year… and new music

With the holidays around and teaching a lot of classes, I kind of got lazy posting my playlist… and to make up for the lack of posts, I’ve put together the best of the best from 2012.  I figured this was a good way to reflect on this year’s best.  And when I say “best”, I mean I played these songs at least a dozen times.  So here’s my list for 2012!  Looking forward to the new year!
