If you haven’t already noticed based on my site, I am a fitness + health enthusiast (among MANY other things). It’s not easy writing a bio about yourself, because my life is an ever-changing and growing process.

I first explored a healthy lifestyle when I realized my Asian gene isn’t going to last forever. Yea, for the most part, I’m blessed to have the metabolism of a 13-year-old boy, but I’m also realistic in that your metabolism slows down as we age. We have to admit, we all get into the gym for vanity reasons – “I want Kim Kardashian’s butt or I want Ryan Gosling’s abs!” But the ones who are truly there for health are the ones that remain and make it a part of their life.  In everything I do, I try to make it fun.  Fitness shouldn’t been seen as a chore, but a part of life, like brushing your teeth.  You only have one life to live, so treat it right!

OTHER RANDOM THINGS about me are that I love music, and that’s (almost) all kinds!  I incorporate a lot of music into my workouts and my classes, and I thoughtfully plan every single class I teach with a playlist based on the workout.  You’ll find every playlist from my spin and yoga classes here, so if you ever have music suggestions or you’re an artist who wants to share your stuff, PLEASE DO!

    I love this BIO!! You keeps it real girl….I went on Yelp today looking for a Yoga Studio thats kinda nearby Malden and after a few pages down your Spot pulled up. I immediately went to the website to see what this is all about, and I’m like Hmmm this is different lol. Am I in the right direction. Bumped that I saw the first post about eating breakfast which I am a firm believer and this ill rap about Pancakes pops up. I’m like Yooo this is str8 Hillarious!

    Anyways, I am black chick who has taken a few yoga classes in the past and looking to incorporate this into my lifestyle. I am hoping to get into the nitty gritty of things and see how your classes can help etc? Or what should I do hot, cold, with music w/out music IDK!!

      Hey, my spin playlists are all posted on my blog. You can’t download the tracks, but I share the tracklist so that you can find the songs and download them on your own. Hope that helps!
