If you haven’t already noticed based on my site, I am a fitness + health enthusiast (among MANY other things). It’s not easy writing a bio about yourself, because my life is an ever-changing and growing process.
I first explored a healthy lifestyle when I realized my Asian gene isn’t going to last forever. Yea, for the most part, I’m blessed to have the metabolism of a 13-year-old boy, but I’m also realistic in that your metabolism slows down as we age. We have to admit, we all get into the gym for vanity reasons – “I want Kim Kardashian’s butt or I want Ryan Gosling’s abs!” But the ones who are truly there for health are the ones that remain and make it a part of their life. In everything I do, I try to make it fun. Fitness shouldn’t been seen as a chore, but a part of life, like brushing your teeth. You only have one life to live, so treat it right!
OTHER RANDOM THINGS about me are that I love music, and that’s (almost) all kinds! I incorporate a lot of music into my workouts and my classes, and I thoughtfully plan every single class I teach with a playlist based on the workout.
